Peyton Bowman joined Sax in 2022 and leads merger and acquisition activities of newly acquired firms. His M&A and transactions experience initiated in the lower middle and middle markets at a private equity firm where he oversaw operations diligence, merger integration, and transformational activities of the firm’s CPG and services-based portfolio companies.
Prior to entering the Private Equity industry, Peyton was a leader of Ernst & Young’s Supply Chain & Operations practice. There, he created end-to-end transformational value in Fortune 100 CPG clients across all functions of the organizations.
Before transitioning into business, Peyton studied and practiced as an engineer globally.
